I was very fortunate to have a session with Stephanie as I was contemplating some upcoming events and changes in my life. She listened to my concerns and was able to identify exactly what I was struggling with. She offered me some very good ideas on centering myself and getting clear with my intentions. I felt such a relief at the end of the session. I’m very much looking forward to working with her again.

I met Stephanie at a point of transition – I had started a new job and felt overwhelmed with all the demands of my new role. Stephanie came alongside me with a warmth and a confidence in me that helped me to move forward with purpose and excitement. [This year] I suffered a concussion that severely limited my ability to do the things I once did before. Again, Stephanie came along side of me, asked me insightful questions, and helped me to find peace and purpose as I had to take a step back from a lot of things I once did so that I could reclaim my health and be present for the things that mattered most. Stephanie is kind, thoughtful, experienced, and creative, all characteristics that she leverages to provide meaningful coaching.
